Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with Veriholdings' business objectives and vision.
• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and product offerings within the health and wellness sector.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and tools that best meet the organization's needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
• Oversee the deployment and scaling of AI models and systems, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on AI-driven initiatives, including data management, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and competitive landscape in AI and health tech.
• Advise senior leadership on AI-related investments, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate AI strategy and project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in AI practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Strategy Consultant or similar role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing AI strategies in a business context.
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
• Strong understanding of the health and wellness industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.
