Karen Sun

Karen Sun currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at Verily, overseeing various functions including Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion since December 2018. Prior to this, Karen was with Uber from November 2014 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing IPO readiness for HR and leading strategic projects for the leadership team. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR Business Senior Analyst at Salesforce, focusing on high priority initiatives, and positions at Mercer, where expertise included HR operations and compensation program design. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Georgetown University.
