Tamir Duani

Tamir Duani is a Principal Software Engineer at Verint, with extensive experience since joining in May 2008. Tamir has played multiple key roles, including innovator and product manager for the vBot AI platform, which automates product log and configuration analysis. Responsibilities have included process improvement, project management, and leading a development team focused on real-time telephony recording components. Previous roles at Verint range from software engineer to tier 3 analyst, addressing complex issues in VOIP call recording and customer support. Prior to Verint, Tamir served as a Network Expert in the C4I Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. Academic qualifications include studies at The Open University of Israel and Dan Lok™ University.
