Sarah Katz is the Member Experience Manager at Veris Insights. Sarah has over 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on developing scalable processes and resources to create alignment and build program management skills across teams.
Sarah started their career at Rock Central, where they led the onboarding and mentoring of 1000+ person internship program. Sarah was responsible for developing all leadership and onboarding materials and communication to ensure successful integration and execution across the business. Sarah leveraged DEI data to define targeted recruitment strategy to engage and attract top diverse talent, results exceeding Rocket Companies goal of 10% intern hires from Theirtorically Black Colleges and Universities.
Sarah was also responsible for 25% annual increase in leadership and mentor engagement. Sarah created and executed engagement survey for data collection. Survey participation increased 40% annually. Sarah presented feedback reporting summaries to show growth and encourage buy-in for proposed future initiatives.
In May, June, September and October 2021, Sarah was nominated for Talent Acquisition Winners Circle, a peer nomination tool for cultural impactors, and peer leaders. Sarah is also a participant of the AMPLIFY Talent Acquisition leadership development program.
Sarah Katz attended Andover High School and then Michigan State University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resources, Recreation and Tourism. Sarah also has certification from the American Red Cross in CPR and First Aid.
Sarah Katz reports to Donna Hay-Jones, VP, Market Impact. They are on a team with Hunter Johnson - Marketing Associate, Hannah Moore - Director of Experienced Recruiting Member Experience, and Mehak Advani - Member Experience Senior Associate.
