Matt Morris

Matt Morris has a diverse work experience in corporate development and private equity investments. Matt is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Veristat, where they lead the company's acquisition program. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Corporate Development at PDI and WIRB-Copernicus Group, where they evaluated, negotiated, and closed strategic acquisitions. Matt also has experience in strategy and corporate development at S&P Global, where they led acquisition due diligence efforts and initiated venture capital investments. Matt started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bear Stearns Companies, where they supported buy-side advisory engagements and equity offerings. Overall, Matt has a strong background in driving acquisitions and investments in various industries.

Matt Morris completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Penn State University in 2006. Matt then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategy & Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
