Shady El Azab

Shady El Azab has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Shady started their career as an Aeroelasticity Engineer intern at Airbus in 2010. Shady then worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2010 to 2016. In 2012, they participated in the Space Studies Program at the International Space University. In 2013, they had a secondment as a Global Commodity Manager at Rolls-Royce. Shady joined Siemens Qatar in 2016 as the Head of Strategy, where they successfully turned around the sales organization of one division and boosted sales volume and margins of another division. Shady also led market analysis, bid strategy, and business development activities in various sectors. In 2018, Shady founded Immocart LLC and served as the Founder until 2019. Currently, Shady El Azab holds the position of Chief Of Staff for Belgium at Verisure since 2019 and is also the Sales Structure Director for Belgium since October 2020.

Shady El Azab holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management and Strategy, Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which was obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to this, Shady pursued an exchange year in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Shady completed both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Liège between 2005 and 2010.
