Scott Marten

Scott Marten has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott is currently employed at Veritas Technologies LLC, where they hold multiple roles, including Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement and Consulting Services Support Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Avaya as a Cloud Business Development professional. Scott also has experience from Terremark, where they served as Director of Channel Sales, and Forsythe Technology, where they worked as a Business Development Manager. Earlier in their career, they were an entrepreneur and led a commercial construction firm. Scott also has a background in sales and business development from their time at EMC Corporation and Hitachi Data Systems. Scott began their career as a Programmer/Analyst in the US Marine Corps.

Scott Marten attended Palomar College from 1983 to 1984, where they obtained an AA degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1982, they attended PennWest California, specializing in petroleum engineering but did not receive a degree.
