Ernie Fonseca

Ernie Fonseca has a diverse background in the banking industry, with roles ranging from customer service to business development and regional management. Ernie started at IBC Bank in 1999 as an Area Sales & Operations Manager before moving to various positions at BBVA Compass, including Business Development Officer, District Service and Operations Manager, and Sr. Project Manager. Fonseca then transitioned to PNC as the SVP, Regional Manager before becoming the Director of Business Banking at Veritex Community Bank in 2023. Prior to their banking career, they worked as an Accounting Staff at the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
