Javier Carrara

Javier Carrara has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Javier most recently worked as the Talent Director at Veritran starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Capital & Talent Acquisition Director for the South America region at NEORIS from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2021, Javier held the position of People Executive Director at everis. Before that, they were the Human Resources Director for Hispanic South America at Accenture from 2010 to 2017. Javier's earlier career includes roles such as HR Business Partner for the MCA Region at Hewlett-Packard (2008-2010), Human Resources Director for the LACSA Region at Unisys (2005-2007), LA HR Manager at Accenture (1998-2005), and various HR positions at SPM (1997-1998), Adams (1995-1997), and Telecom Argentina (1993-1995).

Javier Carrara earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from UADE in 1994. Javier later completed an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Universidad del Salvador-Deusto in 1999.
