Tara Thurber is the current Talent Director at DefinedLogic. Prior to this, they were with DefinedTalent and Vitamin T. Tara has been in the industry for a little over 2 years and specializes in targeted recruiting, sourcing, and negotiating complex compensation packages for elite talent. With a guarantee of 110%, Tara has successfully placed many executives, art directors, designers, developers, and marketing managers with mid-sized companies, ad agencies, and startups.

Tara Thurber has a BFA in Photography and Graphic Design from Montclair State University. Tara also has a certification in Social Media/Advertising from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Tara is a Certified Professional Coach, CPC - Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, ELI-MP from iPEC Coaching. Tara is also DEIC certified from Six Figure Jobs Inc.
