Kshitij Mishra has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Kshitij is currently serving as the Vice President of Solution Sales at Skit.ai, where they lead the Solutions Consulting and Value Engineering teams. In this role, they drive the company's strategy in India, Southeast Asia, and the USA, focusing on building a team of trusted advisors, understanding prospects' businesses, and creating compelling value propositions.

Prior to Skit.ai, Kshitij worked at Avaya for several years in various positions. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Regional Director of Sales Engineering, responsible for driving pre-sales strategy and initiatives related to customer experience, UC Collaboration, AI, and automation in contact centers and smart cities.

Before that, from 2013 to 2017, Kshitij was the Manager of Systems Engineering at Avaya, where they led the Systems Engineering practice for Collaboration, Contact Centre, and Networking Solutions in North India and SAARC.

Kshitij also gained valuable experience at other notable companies. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Huawei Technologies India as the Head of UC & Collaboration for India and SARC. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Professional Services at COLT Telecom from 2007 to 2010.

Kshitij'searlier career includes roles at Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd as the Head of Converged Solutions for India, at Ramco Systems as a Technology Consultant for Enterprise Solutions, at GTL Limited as a Technical Specialist, at CMS Computers Limited as a Sr. Customer Engineer, and at Statart Technologies as a Sr. Engineer in Customer Support. Overall, Kshitij Mishra has developed a strong skill set and valuable expertise throughout their diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry.

Kshitij Mishra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad from 1989 to 1993. In 2019, they pursued a Post Graduation Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2020. In terms of certifications, Kshitij obtained the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Administrator certifications from Microsoft in 2021. Kshitij also achieved the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon in 2021. Additionally, Kshitij holds the TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group in 2018, the VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) from VMware in 2012, the Avaya Certified Expert from Avaya in 2005, the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in 2000, the Microsoft Certified IT Professional from Microsoft in 1999, and the Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) from Novell in 1997. Furthermore, they have plans to obtain the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in 2023.
