Parika Bhatli has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2013, they worked as a Research Intern at Tihar Jail, where they conducted interviews with convicted inmates and published a research paper on prison reform. In the same year, they also interned at the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights.

In 2015, Parika joined Snapdeal as a User Experience Research Analyst, where they conducted usability testing, moderated and observed user research sessions, and conducted qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

In 2016, they volunteered at Teach For India as a Staff Volunteer, focusing on research and talent in the National Alumni Impact team.

In 2018, Parika worked at Adobe as a UX Researcher Consultant.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Their educational journey started in Queen Mary's School, Rohini, where they completed their 10+2 degree in Business/Commerce, General, from 2004 to 2012. Additionally, in July 2012, they completed a pilot course on "Reflecting on Environment, Individual and Society: An Experimental Programme" from the University of Delhi.
