Manish Sharma

Manish Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Manish is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Verolt. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor at Verolt for a year. Before joining Verolt, Manish was the Managing Director at Marquardt India Pvt. Ltd. where they were responsible for delivering transformational change across the entire business operations. Manish also managed various functions such as R&D, sales, production, finance, and quality management.

Manish had a long association with Dana Incorporated where they held several key positions. Manish served as the Director of Core Engineering and Organization Capability Development, where they led strategic business development for electrified products and new CV products. Manish also played a crucial role in setting up the EV Business Unit, implementing Lean principles, and achieving efficiency improvements. Prior to this, they served as the Head of the India Technical Center and Deputy Director of Engineering at Dana, handling operations, P&L responsibilities, and leading various engineering teams.

Earlier in their career, Manish worked as a Project Manager at Dana India Technical Center Pvt. Ltd., a Sr. Manager of Engineering at Behr, a Sr. Engineer in the R&D core team at Force Motors, and a Trainee Service Engineer at Cummins Diesel Sales and Service. Overall, Manish's work experience reflects their expertise in operations management, strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.

Manish Sharma attended Samrat Ashok Technological Institute from 1986 to 1991. During this time, they successfully earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in the field of study known as Bachelor of Engineering.
