Jeff Schoch

Jeff Schoch's work experience begins in 1997 at Sprint, where they started as an NTAC I Engineer and eventually worked their way up to a Manager of Sprintlink Implementations. In their role as an NTAC III Engineer, they provided technical escalation for Sprint IP backbone issues and also provided training to other groups within Sprint.

In 2004, Schoch joined Juniper Networks as a Resident Engineer, where they became a trusted advisor and mentor to other engineers. Jeff also turned a free customer support engagement into a revenue-generating one. During their tenure at Juniper Networks, they became an escalation point for operational issues.

In 2019, Schoch joined Versa Networks as a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, they provide technical expertise on Versa Networks SD-WAN technologies and assists customers in optimizing their network designs. Jeff also leads customers through new features and provides feedback to Versa Engineering and Product Line Management.
