Marci Nogueira Mba, Phr

Marci Nogueira has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on providing leadership and strategic guidance to organizations. Marci is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Versant Health, overseeing all five national locations. In this role, they are responsible for implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance. Prior to this, Marci worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at C&W Services, where they coordinated HR activities and provided strategic counsel to executive and operations teams. Marci also served as the Co-Director of Membership at CT Council SHRM and as a Senior HR Business Partner at YNHH. Marci's previous experience includes roles as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Meriden and as a Director of HR at Sodexo, where they worked for over 20 years.

Marci Nogueira, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business Administration and Management. Marci obtained their Master's Degree from Post University. Additionally, Marci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Hospitality, which they also earned from Post University.
