Andraya Lund, CPC ELI-MP, is an accomplished HR and organizational development leader with over 15 years of experience in various sectors, including global organizations and start-ups. As the Head of People & Culture at Version1 and Minnesota RØKKR since November 2021, Andraya drives people initiatives that foster inclusive environments. As the Founder of The VIP Lab, Andraya specializes in leadership coaching and consulting, assisting organizations in attracting diverse talent and addressing retention challenges. Previous roles include Director of Talent and Diversity at Code42 and Senior Talent Manager at Orbital ATK, among others. Andraya's background also encompasses significant volunteer work with Tech Ladies® and advanced certifications in coaching. Education includes studies at iPEC Coaching, Capella University, University of St. Thomas, and Virginia College.
