Michael W. Valente

Michael W. Valente is the Senior Vice President, Law, General Counsel & Secretary at Versum Materials. Michael has held this position since October 2016. Prior to joining Versum Materials, they were with Seton Hall University School of Law.

Mr. Valente completed the sale of Versum Materials to Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in October 2019. Versum Materials is a premier electronic materials company providing high-purity chemicals and gases, delivery systems, services and materials expertise to meet the evolving needs of the global semiconductor, display and LED markets.

Michael W. Valente has earned a MBA in finance from Seton Hall University, a JD from the Seton Hall University School of Law, and a BS in accounting from Rider University.
