Simon Hilgerdt

Simon Hilgerdt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in telecommunications and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Associate Manager of Network Installation Success at Interface Systems since August 2024, Simon brings extensive expertise from Vertek, where a role as Technical Support Specialist has been held since June 2013. This position involves coordinating high-quality telecommunication services and acting as a key point of contact for problem-solving in information technology for both internal and external clients. Prior to this, Simon worked at Obread as a Pastry Chef and Shift Supervisor from July 2008 to June 2013 and held the position of Floor Manager at hungry hollow co-op from February 1999 to June 2008. Academically, Simon holds an AAS in Network and System Administration from the Community College of Vermont and has studied Restaurant Management at the Institute of Culinary Education and the International Culinary Center.
