Laxman Aglawe has extensive work experience in the technology and power industry. Laxman started their career in 1998 as a Business Manager at Tata Liebert Ltd. Laxman then worked as an Engineering Manager at Liebert / Emerson Network Power in Malaysia from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Emerson Network Power India as a Corporate Champion for International Business and later became the General Manager for Business Development. From 2008 to 2011, Laxman worked as the Country General Manager at Emerson Network Power. Laxman then served as a Vice President at Emerson Network Power from 2011 to 2016. Recently, they held the position of Vice President - Services & Software Solutions at Vertiv, responsible for the Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, and India regions.

Laxman Aglawe has completed the General Management Development Program 3TP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Laxman also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH). Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E) from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai, and a L.E.E degree in Electronics from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI). Laxman Aglawe has also completed the Emerson Leadership Program (ELP) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Laxman holds a BE Electrical degree in Electrical and Power Electronics from the University of Mumbai. In terms of certifications, they have obtained a Certificate of Workplace Coaching Skills from the NeuroLeadership Group in 2012 and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from ECS in 2004.
