Neha Kaushal

Neha Kaushal, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as VP & Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Vertiv since December 2023. Previously, Neha held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Resource Supply Chain at Capgemini from January 2017 to December 2022, where significant contributions were made during the integration following the acquisition of iGATE, overseeing various facets of global talent acquisition. Prior to Capgemini, Neha was the Head of Recruitment at iGATE for over 14 years, earning two promotions and fostering strong relationships to enhance recruitment processes. Neha began the career as an Associate Consultant in Recruitment at Mascot Systems in 2001. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a Masters in Labour Law from Symbiosis International University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University.
