Maheen Memon currently serves as the Executive Operations Manager at Verto Health, where responsibilities include building operational capacity within the executive team. Previously, Maheen held various roles at Verto Health, including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Consultant, and contributed significantly to establishing its digital healthcare solutions. As co-owner and president of CS in Focus, an international community organization, Maheen has actively supported the Customer Success community. Additional experiences include strategic advisement and guest lecturing for The Career Foundation's Path2CS program and co-organizing events for Customer Success Toronto. Earlier career roles at LinkedIn, Nulogy, Walmart Canada, Hudson's Bay Company, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions have equipped Maheen with extensive expertise in customer success and operational management. Maheen holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Guelph.
