David Wang

David Wang serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Vestas Northern & Central Europe, having held various legal positions within the company since 2010, including Vice President and General Counsel. With a strong background in supply and service agreements, corporate governance, and M&A, David's experience encompasses significant roles at Lewis & Clark Law School as an Adjunct Professor and at Holland & Knight LLP as a Partner, focusing on corporate transactions and governance. Prior to these roles, David practiced as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in venture capital and patent litigation. Educational credentials include a J.D. earned cum laude from Cornell Law School, an M.Sc. in Risk Management and Regulation from The London School of Economics, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
