Evan Guzman has had significant experience in talent acquisition and military community engagement. Evan founded The MiLBRAND PROJECT in 2017, where they provided support to military-friendly businesses and promoted veteran-owned startups. In this role, Guzman focused on strategic development, connectivity, and attracting desirable talent pools. Prior to this, they worked at Veterati as the Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, where they promoted a networking platform for the military community.
