Lisa Maxwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa most recently worked at Bella & Duke as the Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, they held roles at Vets Now, where they were the Head of Customer Hub and later became the Head of Client Services. Lisa also worked at MGt plc as a Consumer Contact Manager and at Scottish Widows as a Senior Communications Consultant.

Lisa Maxwell attended Buckhaven High School, where they completed their secondary education. Lisa then went on to The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) Honours degree in Linguistics from 1989 to 1993. Later, Lisa pursued further studies at Edinburgh Napier University, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from 1994 to 1995.
