Joseph Handzel

Joseph Handzel is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Medallia Configuration Analyst 2 at VetsEZ since February 2025, where Joseph leads technical workstreams in support of the U.S. Previously, as a Senior Technical Analyst at Medallia from January 2022 to February 2025, Joseph specialized in advanced configurations and enhancements within the Medallia Experience Cloud, designing custom platform solutions using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. Earlier experience includes providing Tier 1 to Tier 3 technical support for government agencies at Courthouse Computer Systems and delivering support for imaging servers at Alphanumeric Systems, where Joseph also managed a team of asset analysts and handled IT hardware lifecycle operations. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from East Carolina University.
