Stefan Wier

Stefan Wier has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Stefan started their career as a Finance Department Intern at Murata Electronics in 2004. Stefan then worked as an Auditing Intern at Lee & Lee Associates, Beijing from 2005 to 2006. In 2008, they joined Bilfinger as a Junior Controller. Stefan later moved to ALPLA Werke - Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co. KG, where they served as a Finance Controller of China from 2010 to 2015. Stefan then returned to VIA optronics, first as an interim CFO from February 2015 to July 2015, and later as the Finance Director of Asia from January 2017 onwards. Stefan also had a brief stint at Bilfinger as the Finance Director of China from August 2015 to October 2015, and as the Finance Director of China & Asia Pacific from November 2015 to December 2016.

Stefan Wier pursued their education at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2000 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they attended the University of International Business and Economics from 2005 to 2006, focusing on Chinese Studies.
