Beatriz Santos

Beatriz Santos is currently working at Via Verde as Melhoria Contínua. Prior to this role, Beatriz was a Business Excellence Trainee at Europ Assistance. During their time at Europ Assistance, Beatriz focused on analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities in the vehicle towing process, as well as participating in an international competition aimed at enhancing customer experience. Additionally, Beatriz has experience in applying Lean tools to problem-solving at A.Brito and has interned at NEGI, Volkswagen Autoeuropa, and BeStitch, gaining valuable insights into various industries. Beatriz holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa.
