Yana Matilsky

Yana Matilsky has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Director of Engineering at Via since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Via from September 2021 to October 2022. Yana also has experience as a Back End Developer at Via from September 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining Via, Yana worked at SAP SuccessFactors, where they held the role of Full Stack Developer from July 2017 to August 2019. During this time, they developed an internal web application using Java and SAP UI5 Framework. Yana also served as an Automation and QA Lead at SAP from August 2014 to June 2017, where they developed an automation system and tested various aspects of the OpTier APM product.

Yana's earlier experiences include working as a Software QA and Automation Manager at OpTier from January 2010 to August 2014, as well as a Load & Performance Testing Engineer at Comverse from January 2008 to December 2009. Yana'scareer began as a System Admin at Ofek 324 Unit - IAF from April 2003 to August 2005.

Yana Matilsky holds an MBA degree in Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation from Tel Aviv University. Yana also obtained a B.Sc degree with a focus on Bioinformatics and Computer Science from the same university.
