Hashim Dsouza is an experienced media professional with a robust background in content strategy and acquisitions. Currently serving as SVP & Head of Content Strategy & Acquisitions for Digital Ventures SVOD at Viacom18 Media Private Limited since June 2019, Hashim has held various senior leadership roles within the organization since 2004. Previous positions include SVP & Head of Creative & Content for the English Cluster, as well as AVP & Head of Programming for Vh1 and Comedy Central India. Hashim's early career began at Banyan Tree Communication as Programming Head. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Bharti Vidhyapeeth College Of Engineering and a Junior College degree in Science from St. Xavier's College.
