Mike Archiopoli

Mike Archiopoli is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and previously as Senior Corporate Counsel at Viad Corp since September 2015. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Microchip Technology from August 2013 to September 2015 as Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities included the legal review of customer purchase agreements and involvement in acquisition activities. At JDA Software, Mike held the position of Regional Legal Counsel for the Americas from January 2009 to August 2013, managing consulting and service contracts, and also served as Corporate Counsel, overseeing software licensing agreements globally. Mike Archiopoli holds a Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University.
