Responsabilities

  • Type in data provided directly from customers. Data entry.
  • Take Inbound and outbound calls in English.
  • Handling calls to provide information and resolve any questions, requests, or problems the client might have. NOTE: No sales.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced English
  • EXCELLENT customer service skills.
  • Flexible Schedule.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Customer service experience not required, but desirable.
  • Basic computer skills/Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).
  • Complete documentation: Resume, address, INE, RFC (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), CURP, NSS, 2 Letters of recommendation (personals and from previous jobs).
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
