Maria Musesoglu

Maria Musesoglu has a comprehensive background in customer experience and project management. Maria began their career in 2007 as an Employer Brand Management Intern at Evonik, where they focused on engagement and retention initiatives. Maria then worked as a Management Consultant at Firefly Management Lab, advising clients on business development strategies. Maria also gained experience as a Product Manager at Energyforum International, where they collaborated with European energy professionals. Moving on, they served as a Board Member at Business and Professional Women Stockholm, focusing on workforce development programs for women. At Wednesday Relations AB, Maria worked as a Project Manager in CRM, marketing, and sales for educational events. Currently, Maria is employed at Viaplay Group, where they have held various roles, including Acting Head of Customer Experience Communication, Senior Customer Experience Project Manager, Customer Experience Strategist, and their current position as Head of Customer Experience. Maria'swork at Viaplay involves leading the Customer Experience team, driving growth through retention activities, optimizing customer acquisition, and managing cross-functional projects. Maria's strengths lie in customer strategy, customer lifetime value optimization, project management, and data analysis.

Maria Musesoglu completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics degree from Södertörn University from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they also studied Business Administration, Technique, and Design. In 2003, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology for a short period. In 2004, they briefly studied at Konstfack. Maria also studied Economics at Stockholm University in 2005 and German Language and Literature at the same university in 2006. Maria participated in the MTG Leadership program at Modern Times Group from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, in 2007, Maria pursued German studies at IS Düsseldorf.
