BIM A/s Deputy Team Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage team members to follow VT process playbooks and BIM checklists, and coordinates with PM team on deviations of these playbooks and checklists

• Manage multiple models/projects/ tasks effectively

• Daily model management administration and maintenance

• Responsible for the project's standards, monitoring timelines, staffing, and making sure that the team is able to comply with the BIM-QC process

• Review drawings, specifications, instructions, and other requirements to ensure successful management of projects

• Perform clash coordination and create clash reports

• Ensure timely and high-quality submission of work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or any engineering-related course

• With knowledge and application experience on architectural codes

• Technical Revit capability

• Average to high-level understanding of Constructability

• Superior knowledge in Coordination software, including Navisworks
