Roxana Panah J.d.

Roxana Panah, J.D., SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Roxana currently serves as the Market Director of Human Resources at Vibra Hospital, where they contribute to raising the standard for quality of care and patient experience. Previously, Roxana worked as an HR and Legal Advisor at Panah HR & Legal Consulting, providing HR, talent acquisition, and legal strategies to various prestigious companies. Roxana also worked as the Vice President Talent Management at Neighborhood Service Organization, where they built and managed the HR department and implemented programs that improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover. Prior to that, Roxana was the Human Resources Director at Southwest Solutions, where they built and led a team of HR professionals and implemented new HR practices and systems. Roxana has also served as a Chief Talent Officer at Methodist Children's Home Society and as the Director of Human Resources at Lumen Legal. Roxana started their career as a Managing Attorney at Panah Law Firm, PLLC.

Roxana Panah, J.D., SHRM-CP, obtained their Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where they studied law. Roxana also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they obtained a Post Masters Certificate in Human Resource Management from Oakland University. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
