Glenda Franco

Glenda Franco has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Glenda began as a Safety Trainer/Consultant at Compliance Management Group in 1999. In 2001, Glenda joined HJ Heinz and worked their way up, managing HR departments, establishing consistent HR practices, and providing supervisor training. Glenda then joined CALSTAR as the Director of Human Resources, where they guided and managed HR services for the entire company. Currently, Glenda is the Market Director of Human Resources at Vibra Hospital, responsible for the administration and coordination of HR policies and practices. Glenda is also a key member of the hospital's labor negotiating committee.

Glenda Franco completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Education Studies (Adult Education) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1989 to 1993. Glenda also holds additional certifications such as SCP (obtained in February 2015) and SIx Sigma Green Belt (obtained in April 2009).
