Jennie Powless

Jennie Powless has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jennie began their career at CVS Caremark Corporation as a Senior Account Manager/Trainer, where they worked from 2002 to 2009. Jennie then joined BioScrip as a Trade Relations employee from 2010 to 2011, taking on various responsibilities such as evaluating customer experiences, managing RFPs, creating marketing programs, and securing major accounts.

In 2011, Jennie joined Group O as a Project Specialist Team Lead, before moving on to become a Senior Program Manager, where they focused on improving customer experience and implementing effective strategies to meet client requirements and increase sales. Jennie eventually became a Training Manager, developing and delivering training programs for internal staff and partners.

In 2015, Jennie joined Naehas as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they built relationships with Fortune 100 clients, analyzed business objectives, and designed efficient workflows. Jennie later became an Engagement Manager, overseeing projects and streamlining change management processes, resulting in significant time savings.

Currently, Jennie works at Vibrant Credit Union as the Vice President of Corporate Services, a position they assumed in May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Application Support since March 2021.
