Julie Gard

Throughout her professional career Julie has been driven by passion and purpose, and as an HR leader she is focused on employee engagement and leadership effectiveness to drive business results. Julie has an undergraduate degree in Biological Chemistry from Wellesley College and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California State University, East Bay.

Before moving into Human Resources, she worked as an analytical chemist for a biotechnology start-up focused on cancer treatments and as a marriage and family therapy intern providing treatment for a variety of clients. Over the course of more than a decade in HR, her roles have focused on improving day to day work environments, removing obstacles for employees, managers & leaders, and driving positive change.
