Summary/Objective:                                              This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer retention, brand loyalty, and lifetime value across our e-commerce platforms, by managing traffic, sales, conversion, and reporting for VICICOLLECTION.COM. 

Essential Functions: ·       Manage all aspects of online operations – both front and back end, including product, copy, content, and SEO, to ensure ongoing website improvements in conversion, engagement, and traffic. ·       Maintain and optimize the company’s website and sales channels where products are sold through interactive A/B testing to improve website functionality and reduce friction. ·       Oversees online marketing with sales promotions, and product, to ensure successful email, SMS, and website campaigns. ·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape for improving site functions and processes, to added as recommendations to the website roadmap, to be reviewed and approved by the executive team. ·       Develop and execute digital strategies that align with the company’s broader goals and direction. ·       Responsible for quarterly site planning and all roadmaps for the website and relevant channels, to result in smooth operation, increase conversion, engagement, and revenue ·       Manage and analyze site performance and own data analytics for site performance and customer behavior, to be used by all corporate teams. ·       Manage the site team to deliver best-in-class site content and user experience for an on-brand, seamless customer experience in partnership with business goals and strategy. ·       Develop, support and coach team members to reach their professional goals and develop a growth mindset within the team. ·       Management of external software development resources for short and long-term tasks and projects ·       Responsible for an on-site user experience that achieves the business’ conversion goals   Competencies: ·       A proven track record of launching and managing successful e-commerce sites, software functionality and other web services. ·       Strong understanding of end-to-end management of new product creation and flow of data across enterprise applications ·       Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making ·       Deep understanding of Shopify and the latest developments in eCommerce tools and features (website search, reviews, personalization, etc.) ·       Hands-on leader adept at zooming in and out from the strategic to the tactical and back again ·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ·       Deep Technology understanding with solid marketing expertise and management skills ·       Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills ·       Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.   Work Environment: ·       Sitting for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently ·       Using office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer  ·       Indoor office environment, temperature controlled ·       Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds   Qualifications, Education, and Experience: ·       8+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in the fast fashion direct-to-consumer business or other relevant high-volume direct-to-consumer web commerce business ·       Shopify plus experience ·       Bachelor’s degree required.
