Marco Tebaldi is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in managing digital products and driving strategic initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Product Manager for the Digital Experience Platform at VicRoads, Marco previously held roles such as Lead Product Manager at Bound, where team management and staff development were key responsibilities. Marco's consulting experience includes being a Fractional Head of Product and Senior Product Manager, providing leadership to teams and guiding a diverse portfolio of companies in creating innovative digital solutions. Notably, roles at Brainmates and Hypothesis involved community engagement and coaching on agile methodologies, while consulting stints at Accenture focused on cloud strategy and technical product management for major clients in finance and government. Marco holds a Postgraduate Degree from UC San Diego and combined Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
