Melissa Pipito

Melissa Pipito is an accomplished leader in customer service and operations, presently serving as Head of Service Strategy & Enablement and Business Architecture & Strategy Lead at VicRoads since October 2023. Prior roles include Head of Sales & Delivery at AmazingCo and various leadership positions at Transurban, where Melissa managed customer operations and service teams, and State Trustees, where oversight included a team of approximately 120 people. Melissa has a strong background in client services from positions held at AustralianSuper and Qantas, including dual roles as General Manager/Head of Client Service & Delivery. Educationally, Melissa is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management.
