Lydia Leonce

Lydia Leonce is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Nursing at Millennium Heights Medical Complex and Departmental Sister of Nursing Administration at Owen King European Union Hospital, Lydia also holds the position of Ward Manager at Victoria Hospital and has contributed significantly to the institution since December 2002. Additionally, Lydia has experience in health policy development as an Acting Health Planner for the Department of Health in Saint Lucia, and has served as a guest lecturer at Aim University Group. Lydia holds a Master's degree in Health Leadership from The University of Sheffield and possesses qualifications in General Nursing and Midwifery from St. Joseph's Convent and Sir Arthur Lewis Community College.
