Kurt Blanz has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting their career as a Specialist Clerk at Quick & Reilly/Fleet Securities Inc in 1991. Kurt then worked at Salomon Smith Barney Holdings Inc. as an Equity Sales Trader from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they joined Legg Mason as an Internal Sales Director from 2003 to 2006, and then became a Regional Sales Director until 2010. Kurt then worked at Columbia Management as a Regional Vice President from 2010 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at Victory Capital Management Inc. as a Retail Sales Director since 2015.

Kurt Blanz, AIF®, has a strong educational background in economics and finance. Kurt earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Villanova University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.

In 2007, Kurt pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree from the University of San Francisco. Although the specific field of study for their Master's Degree is not provided, it can be assumed to be related to their career in finance and investment.
