Jeff Coale

Jeff Coale has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff started their career in 1986 as a Project Superintendent at The Jonathan Corporation, where they managed ship repair and modernization projects primarily for the US Navy. Prior to this, they held various positions such as Designer, Engineer, Planner, and Contract Administrator within the same company. In 1992, Jeff joined Indeck Power Equipment Company as the Vice President of Sales. Jeff spearheaded business development efforts for capital energy/power projects across multiple industries and initially started as a Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Wood Group as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing sales activities until 2007. Currently, Jeff holds the role of Vice President of Business Development at Victory Energy Operations, LLC, a position they have held since 2007.

Jeff Coale obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Evansville in 1986.
