Amanda Strecker

Amanda Strecker is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where she earned a BA in Political Science. After spending five years living and working abroad in South Korea, she returned to the US and began working on a $2.5 million grant from the CDC to eliminate diabetes related disparities in rural Kentucky counties. Most recently, she worked as a capital campaign manager at a local cancer support non-profit, helping to raise more than $14 million. Amanda has been a vegan since 2012, and brings her passion and knowledge of plant- based foods to their mission-led work at Victory Hemp Foods.
