Larry Getz

Larry Getz is a seasoned leadership professional currently serving as the Managing Director at Victory Strategies, a leadership development firm focused on enhancing organizational culture and efficiency. With extensive experience in strategic leadership roles at Stryker and the University of Michigan ROTC, Larry has a proven track record of developing leadership training programs and mentoring executives. Prior military service in the US Navy includes key positions such as Commanding Officer of USS KEARSARGE and Junior Military Aide to the Secretary of Defense. Larry holds a Master's degree in National Security Strategy from the National Defense University and a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego.
