Ashley Harter

Ashley Harter has a diverse work experience spanning over twelve years. Ashley is currently working at Victrex as a Financial Controller, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Group Reporting Manager at Victrex from January 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Victrex, Ashley worked at Deloitte UK for nine years. Ashley held multiple roles during their time at Deloitte, including Manager from September 2015 to January 2020, Assistant Manager from September 2013 to August 2015, and Senior Associate from September 2011 to September 2013.

Ashley started their professional career at 3M as a CSR in July 2008 and worked there until August 2010.

Ashley Harter attended King Edward VII and Queen Mary School from 1999 to 2006. In 2006, they enrolled at Lancaster University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with first-class honors in BBA Management in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, Ashley pursued further education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, where they obtained an ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification.
