Vicki Marcroft

Vicki Marcroft has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Vicki started their career at Leap29 as a Recruitment Consultant in 2005 and was promoted to a HR & Training Manager role in 2006. Vicki then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Beresford Blake Thomas for a few months before returning to Leap29 as an HR & Training Manager till 2011. In 2011, they joined TUI as Head of HR - UK & Europe, where they initially served as a global Learning and Development Business Partner before progressing to the HR Business Partner role. Since 2013, Vicki has been working at Victrex as an HR Director ISC with Learning & Inclusion.

Vicki Marcroft began their education at the University of Hull from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Sociology, Anthropology & Gender Studies. Following this, in 2006 and 2007, they attended Bury College, obtaining a Certificate in Training Practice - CIPD. In 2008 and 2009, Vicki Marcroft furthered their education at Stockport College, focusing on People Management & Development - CIPD. From 2009 to 2010, they continued their studies at the University of Salford in the field of Leadership & Management - CIPD. Vicki later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management - CIPD at the University of Salford from 2010 to 2012. Most recently, in 2023, Vicki Marcroft completed the High Performance Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
