Zi Ming Poh

Zi Ming Poh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as the Director of Business Development and Co-founder of Kurioslee in 2011. From 2015 to 2017, Poh worked as the Director of Learning Design and Programme Development at TTI SUCCESS INSIGHTS CHINA, where they focused on educational research and curricular development. Poh then moved on to roles such as Analyst at National University of Singapore in 2017 and Talent Business Partner at ofo Singapore from 2018 to 2019. They then worked at Funding Societies | Modalku Group as a Regional Talent Program Manager and later as the Regional Head of Talent Management from 2019 to 2021. Poh continued their career in the field of Organization and People Development at foodpanda from 2021 to 2022. They later became the Head of Organization and Leadership Development (Global) at OKX from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Poh is working at VIDA Digital Identity in the field of Talent Management.

From 2010 to 2013, Zi Ming Poh attended Bangor University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management.
