Florence Tendeng

Florence Tendeng has extensive work experience in Human Resources. Florence currently works at Videlio as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing daily HR guidance and support to line managers across multiple locations in France. Florence'sresponsibilities include organizational structure support, change management, employee engagement, and ensuring fairness and consistency in HR decisions. Prior to this, Florence worked at SensioGrey as a Human Resources Manager from 2017 to 2022. In this role, they managed HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires, as well as overseeing payroll and implementing a new HRIS system. Before SensioGrey, Florence worked at Dalenys as a Talent Recruiter Manager from 2011 to 2016, and at Alpha Technologie as a Human Resources Officer from 2007 to 2010.
