Laura Castaneda

Laura Castaneda, PHR has a diverse work experience in human resources. Laura recently worked at VideoAmp as the Director of Benefits starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Trade Desk, including Benefits Manager from April 2021 to June 2023, Senior Benefits Analyst from April 2020 to March 2021, and Benefits Specialist from April 2018 to March 2020. Laura also has experience as a Level 7 Associate at In-N-Out Burger from August 2010 to July 2018 and as a Human Resources Generalist at SEED Beauty from March 2015 to April 2018.

Laura Castaneda, PHR received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from California Lutheran University. Laura is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Capital Management from the same university. In addition, they hold a Programmatic Certification from The Trade Desk, Inc in Trading Academy.
